Data comes from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) public "Condominiums by County" registry files. DBPR refreshes these files periodically; figures here may lag the live state records.

How we process it

• Records are keyed by DBPR Project Number.
• Addresses are shown exactly as published. We also make a best-effort parse of city and ZIP to power search and browsing; when a parse is uncertain we leave it blank rather than guess, and we always show the original address text.
• Registration statuses are shown verbatim. We do not compute or infer any compliance, safety, or SIRS status — see ourSIRS explainer for why.

Limitations

Public registry data can contain gaps, duplicates under alternate names, or out-of-date entries. Always verify directly with DBPR before relying on any record.

Report a correction

If a record is inaccurate or you represent an association listed here, the authoritative record is DBPR's. Corrections should be made with DBPR so they flow into the next data refresh. (A direct correction-submission form is planned for a future update.)
